I need a reply about the cat "Pepper"

I've all ready sent an e-mail for the website and filled out the form for adopting the cat called "Pepper" but I didn't get any replay !!! i have one female cat that looks exactly like "Pepper" and I need a male for her. and I thought instead of buying one it's better if i adopt one from paws-kuwait. can anyone tell me what more can I do to adopt the cat ?
